Lavish Body Work Delivery Information
All our fresh, handmade products ship from [South Carolina ]. Please note that orders may take a little longer to clear customs. We closely monitor every shipment and coordinate with carriers to minimize delays. You won't incur additional customs fees, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping Options, Rates, and Arrival Times
Same-Day Delivery
FREE on orders $100+ Order before 1 p.m. for same-day delivery in select regions. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will arrive the next day. Powered by DoorDash. Regular same-day delivery fee: $10.
Standard Shipping (Duties Included)
FREE on orders $90+ $10 on orders under $90. Delivery in 2–8 business days from the date of shipment.
Express Shipping $15.00 Delivery in 2–4 business days from the date of shipment.
Priority Shipping $25.00 Delivery in 1–2 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note that not all delivery methods are available in all areas.
Good to Know
- Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. on business days aim to ship the same day.
- Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier volume.
- Pre-ordered items will ship once they are available.
- Shipping and handling costs are based on the total weight of your order.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Shipping Couriers We ship our products using reliable couriers, including UPS, FedEx.
Shipping Exceptions and Restrictions
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via express or priority delivery, with estimated delivery times of 5-7 business days.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please provide an alternative address at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number and link to track your package.
Out of Stock Items If any items in your order are out of stock, our customer care team will contact you to discuss available options. Please note, we cannot place items on backorder.
Order Cancellation and Adjustments Generally, we do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have any inquiries regarding your order, please reach out to us.
Common Questions
- Can I enter special delivery instructions?
Yes! During checkout, simply check the box that says "This is a gift" and enter your instructions. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- What if my product arrives damaged or melted?
Products labeled with our melt warning symbol may melt around body temperature. If they arrive melted, we cannot replace or refund them, so please order at your own risk. To avoid disappointment in warm climates, consider purchasing these items in-store. If melting occurs, most products can be refrigerated to restore their shape.
- What should I do if my delivery doesn’t arrive?
If you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number ready, and our customer care team will assist you promptly.
